Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
- Original proof of purchase is required
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Body Lotion & Body Wash (personal care items)
- Custom or special order items (including team-specific swimwear)
- Items marked as “final sale”
Returns Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Use our template below for faster processing.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

Exchanges Process
For size or style exchanges:
- Follow the same process as returns, clearly stating you’d like an exchange and specifying the replacement item.
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference. If lower value, we’ll refund the difference.
- Standard shipping fees apply for exchanged items.

International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
