Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx):

  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Flat rate: $12.95 USD
  • Recommended for time-sensitive orders

Free Shipping (EMS):

  • Available for orders over $50 USD
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian markets and remote regions.

International Shipping

Customers outside the United States are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These charges are not included in the order total and will vary by country.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our competition-grade swimwear and equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Item must be unused and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original proof of purchase is required
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Body Lotion & Body Wash (personal care items)
  • Custom or special order items (including team-specific swimwear)
  • Items marked as “final sale”

Returns Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Exchanges Process

For size or style exchanges:

  • Follow the same process as returns, clearly stating you’d like an exchange
  • Specify the replacement item in your request
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference
  • If lower value, we’ll refund the difference
  • Standard shipping fees apply for exchanged items

Refund Information

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receiving your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Time to Appear: 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:
